We present this magnificent house in the beautiful town of Somontín, in the interior of the province of Almería. One of its attractions is the one known as the Almanzora viewpoint, located in the Plaza de la Iglesia. The town has a quiet and active life at the same time. Two bars, swimming pool, pharmacy. It is generally a typical Andalusian town that revolves around the central square where the Town Hall is located.
Casa Azor is a house that is characterized by its large dimensions on a rectangular floor plan. It has two entrances; one front and one side. It is a typical town house. It has very good habitability conditions even in the current state, as it has been very well maintained. Access to the house is easy, from it you can access without any effort to any part of the town and you can also reach the door of the classroom with a vehicle.

The constructive taste of this part of the house is striking, whose stairwell has been made with a curved line instead of straight lines, which is the most common and least complicated.
In the upper part of this northern part of the house, there is a large living room with fireplace, from which we go out to the terrace with spectacular views of the town, the valley and the mountains. On this terrace we have another good-sized pantry room.
We are talking in summary of a very large house, naturally divided into two areas, the front (south) being larger and with more rooms. It offers two options: not to carry out any renovation but to carry out cosmetic work with little investment or to carry out somewhat more serious work such as improving the kitchen or changing its location, changing the doors and windows. None of this is absolutely necessary but advisable if you want to get an extraordinary house with little expense, little seen and with many possibilities, including turning it into a lodging business if desired.
